How to Compact Outlook Express Inbox

With so many people using Outlook Express every day tonnes of old emails backup in your inbox which can create some problems. Some problems that can occur with a massive inbox include;
- Decreases the speed of Outlook Express
- Increases the space of Outlook Express files
- Files damaged in failure
To solve this problem you must compact all your messages in Outlook Express so that you will massively decrease the chances of any problem happening in your inbox. Fixing this problem is very simple and only takes 1 minute, follow the following dot points and you will be right;
- Go to the inbox of your Outlook Express
- Click on the file tab
- Open up the the folder tab
- Click on Compact all Folders
You can also just compact individual folders if you prefer, in the folder tab just select on Compact and here just select the folder you wish to compact. But I do recommend that you just select the Compact all Folders method.
